Ten Tonnes’ drops new single ‘Lay It On Me’

With back to back festival dates and support slots for the likes of RAT BOY and Stereophonics it’s clear to see that Ten Tonnes’ trajectory for 2018 is set to have him flying high. With all this excitement has come new track ‘Lay It On Me’.

The track is a sticky sweet number about being away and coming back to reassure someone that you’re all in, ready to be there no matter what. As always Ethan Barnett croons away over a slick guitar part and it all comes together in a neatly tied bow of Hugo White (of The Maccabees)’s mixing.

Missing the usual abundance of blues licks, ‘Lay It On Me’ is a different track for Ten Tonnes but there’s still plenty to love, and as you can see below the track goes down a treat acoustic as well.

Have a little listen to ‘Lay It On Me’ here and catch Ten Tonnes with Stereophonics here.
