Middlesbrough’s premier festival makes it’s return in under two weeks. Twisterella is back for it’s fifth year running and it’s bigger than ever. Featuring massive headliners The Blinders, Bryde and Estrons, this isn’t to be missed.
Llovers: Boro’s finest will be out in full fashion next Saturday. Having had a massive year with singles like ‘A Second With You’ and their sold out Westgarth headliner, their Twisterella set should be nothing sort of a spectacle. They’ll deliver a hearty slice of pop dreaminess directly to your eyes and ears.
Childcare: Between slick beats and sweet harmonies there’s plenty to love about Childcare. They’ve got massive things on the horizon so you’ll be lucky to catch them here, after their debut album comes out in early 2019 it wouldn’t be surprising to see them headlining the likes of Twisterella this time next year.
The Snuts: After having built up a cult following in their native Scotland, The Snuts are making their way down through the country. They have an undeniable energy live which is part of what makes them such a big hit. If you don’t go see The Snuts you’ll be kicking yourself when you look back.
Cape Cub: In a day that’s sure to be packed full of mosh pits, high tempos and fast beats Cape Cub will be a pocket of calmness. The band got a following for their folky indie tracks that go between soft, sweet lullabies and Bastille style pop. Go catch Cape Cub for half an hour of calm.
